How Cliche

Ella has been trying out some common phrases lately, which is fine, minus the part where she generally has no idea what they mean or what context to use them in. My recent favorites have been...

She frequently says "This is not a good idea" for no apparent reason. The most memorable being while coloring on the floor the other day, she randomly says, "Its not a good idea, mom. Its just not a good idea."

"What's not a good idea?"

*Sigh* "Tattoos mom. Tattoos are not a good idea."

When caught climbing on a table, her excuse was "Well mom, I'm just having a super adventure."

And tonight, while sporting the look seen above, she says, "So mom, what's the big news?"
