Ella made an ABC picture book as a Christmas gift for someone this year. She came up with all of the ideas for the pictures, except for X, only because her mean mother wouldn't go buy her a xylophone OR take her to the doctor's office so she could take a picture of the X-ray machine she's seen them use on Conrad. She took all of the pictures herself, except for the ones that she wanted to be in herself. When we got to "L" she got a menacing look on her face and said, "Well, I have an idea but it means you're going to have to let me have some candy."
