Ella hangs out in my classroom before and after school most days. Today I was cleaning up at the end of the day and found this scrawled on a piece of paper in her handwriting...
"Listen. There is a wild monkey wearing head sets. If you see him, please call the zoo. He is not tamed. He is part boy. He is not potty trained."
She later explained that it was a commercial she wrote one day when she was bored while I was in a meeting. So there you have it folks. Watch out for those head setting wearing monkeys who are part boy and in need of a diaper! (She later said, "I kind of wrote it about Conrad, except Conrad is potty trained.")
